The general areas of the hotel were clean and well-maintained, and there were comfortable chairs and sofas where I could relax and chat with other guests. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent, with ramps and handrails throughout the building, making it easy for me to navigate with my walking stick. It was truly a welcoming and comfortable place to stay.

I would have appreciated a bit more assistance from the children working there in carrying my luggage up to my room. Just a small thing that would have made my vacation even better.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making it a perfect choice for longer-term business travelers. the host, Krasen, was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He even waited for us in the rain with an umbrella and took us to the apartment individually. Krasen took the time to show us important locations on a map, ensuring we had a great stay.

We felt safe walking around the area at night, and Krasen was always available to assist us if we needed anything. Nothing was too much trouble for him, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable.

Loved having the entire apartment to myself, especially the well-fitted kitchen for my Michelin-star cooking! The free WiFi came in handy for binge-watching my favorite shows on the balcony, while doing my laundry in the fabulous laundry facilities. Can't complain about the free parking either!

The local point of interest, Ivan Vazov National Library, wasn't my cup of tea. Not enough romance novels to keep me entertained.

He even picked us up from the bus station and personally showed us around the apartment. the location was perfect, within walking distance to all the major attractions and transportation hubs. We loved the fully equipped kitchen, it was perfect for cooking our romantic meals together. And the two balconies offered stunning views of the city. it was a truly unforgettable experience.
